對霸座說不！廣東已出明文規(guī)定！

South China's Guangdong Province has passed a regulation, making it obligatory that train passengers take the seats specified on their tickets.

近日，中國南方的廣東省通過了一項(xiàng)條例，要求火車乘客必須坐在他們車票指定的座位上。

The regional law clearly stipulates that passengers must not occupy the seats of others.

該地區(qū)的法律明確規(guī)定，乘客不得霸占他人座位。

It also says railway transport enterprises must implement a real-name system in ticket sales and verification and have the right to reject passengers who have no valid ticket or whose ID information is inconsistent with ticket information

該條例還規(guī)定，鐵路運(yùn)輸公司應(yīng)當(dāng)在售票和檢票過程中實(shí)行實(shí)名制，有權(quán)拒絕攜帶無效車票以及身份證信息與車票信息不一致的乘客乘坐列車。

The regulation urges railway operators to establish a management system for passenger social credit and report those who disrupt orderly transportation, endanger railway safety and other violations.

該條例要求鐵路公司建立乘客社會(huì)信用管理制度，并舉報(bào)那些做出破壞交通秩序、危害鐵路安全等違法行為的人。

Departments and rail transportation enterprises will implement joint punishment in accordance with the law for acts of dishonesty, the regulation says. It also forbids flying unmanned aerial vehicles over railway lines.

該條例稱，各部門和鐵路運(yùn)輸企業(yè)應(yīng)當(dāng)依法對失信行為實(shí)施聯(lián)合懲戒。同時(shí)也禁止無人駕駛飛行器在鐵路線上飛行。

廣東省此舉是在一系列有關(guān)列車座位的沖突成為全國頭條新聞之后做出的。

In August, a man who took another passenger's seat on a bullet train and refused to leave has been banned from rail travel for an unspecified period of time and fined 200 yuan ($29).

今年8月，一名男子在一列高鐵上坐了另一名乘客的座位并拒絕離開。最終該男子在限期內(nèi)被禁止乘坐高鐵，并被罰款200元。
