Political parties of different countries should enhance mutual trust, communication and coordination and develop a new model of party-to-party relations, in which political parties seek common grounds while shelving differences, respect and learn from one another.

不同國(guó)家的政黨應(yīng)該增進(jìn)互信、加強(qiáng)溝通、密切協(xié)作，探索在新型國(guó)際關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)上建立求同存異、相互尊重、互學(xué)互鑒的新型政黨關(guān)系。

A country cannot gain its security at the cost of others'. Threats facing other countries may be challenges to ourselves. Facing increasingly complicated and integrated threats, we shall not fight alone, nor shall we worship military force.

一國(guó)安全不能建立在別國(guó)不安全之上，別國(guó)面臨的威脅也可能成為本國(guó)的挑戰(zhàn)。面對(duì)日益復(fù)雜化、綜合化的安全威脅，單打獨(dú)斗不行，迷信武力更不行。

The old-school winner-takes-all mentality and beggar-thy-neighbor approach would not only block the doors of others, but also barricade one's own path. They would erode a country's own roots for growth, and impair the future of whole humanity.

如果奉行你輸我贏、贏者通吃的老一套邏輯，如果采取爾虞我詐、以鄰為壑的老一套辦法，結(jié)果必然是封上了別人的門(mén)，也堵上了自己的路，侵蝕的是自己發(fā)展的根基，損害的是全人類(lèi)的未來(lái)。
