強迫癥原來這么可怕！英國妹子患強迫癥 自曝一天洗頭72次

英國一位女子日前在一檔電視節(jié)目上自曝是重度強迫癥患者，每天洗手近200次，曾經(jīng)有一天洗頭72次。23歲的瑟琳•瑞納•戴維斯在英國獨立電視臺《今天早晨》(This Morning)節(jié)目上講述了自己在強迫癥中掙扎度日的故事。據(jù)報道，英國每55名成年人中就有一名是強迫癥患者。

 

 

A young newlywed with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder has revealed she once washed her hair 72 times a day and cleaned her hands daily up to 200 times.

一位患有強迫癥的新婚太太表示，她曾在一天內(nèi)洗頭72次，洗手多達200次。

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder is a mental health condition where sufferers experience frequent intrusive and unwelcome obsessional thoughts.

強迫癥指的是一種心理健康狀態(tài)，強迫癥患者的腦海中會頻繁出現(xiàn)一些有侵入性的、惹人厭惡的強迫性思維。

It's estimated that one in 55 young adults in Britain have OCD.

據(jù)估計，英國每55名成年人中就有1人患有強迫癥。

Serin Rayner-Davis, 23, from Somerset, appeared on ITV's This Morning Tuesday to talk about her daily struggle living with the anxiety disorder.

來自薩默賽特的瑟琳•瑞納•戴維斯今年23歲，22日，她在英國獨立電視臺《今天早晨》節(jié)目上講述了自己在強迫癥中掙扎度日的故事。

 

 

Serin recalled on This Morning: 'When I was about seven it used to take us ages to leave the house because I would jump in and out of the doorway and I was so worried that my parents would die if I didn’t go in and out of this doorway.

她在節(jié)目中回憶道：“當(dāng)我大約七歲的時候，我每次走出家門都要花很長時間，因為我每次都會在家門口不斷重復(fù)地從屋里跳出來再跳回去。我覺得如果不這么做的話，我的父母就會死。”

'I felt I was responsible for keeping them alive. It was a huge responsibility for a seven year old to bear on their shoulders.

“我覺得自己有義務(wù)讓他們活下去。這對于一個7歲的小孩來說是很沉重的負(fù)擔(dān)。”

Serin was diagnosed at 18 with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.

瑟琳18歲的時候被診斷患有強迫癥。

At 21 things became so bad she was washing her hands up to 200 times a day, showering nine times a day, laundering her clothes 15 times a day.

21歲時，她的病情嚴(yán)重惡化，以至于她一天內(nèi)洗手多達200次，洗澡9次，洗15次衣服。

Serin also has a lengthy night time routine involving checking the security of windows and plugs.

瑟琳深夜時還有反復(fù)檢查窗戶和門栓安全的習(xí)慣。

Serin's father Denys Rayner said his daughter's condition made his life a 'living hell'.

瑟琳的父親丹尼斯•瑞納稱，女兒的病情讓他的生活成了“人間地獄”。

Serin's parents had to hide knives and scissors in the household because they were so worried for her safety.

由于過于擔(dān)心她安全，瑟琳的父母必須將家里的刀具、剪刀都藏起來。

Serin said during her TV interview that she relied on her father to help her because she felt he understood her OCD more.

瑟琳在節(jié)目中表示，自己非常依賴父親的幫助，因為她覺得父親更加了解她的強迫癥。

'I think certain people understand OCD better than other and it just really clicked [with you dad]. Where as I think mum found it difficult to understand.

“我感覺有些人比別人更理解強迫癥，我爸爸一下就能懂我，而媽媽卻很難理解我。”

Serin has now sought help to manage her obsessions, including hypnotherapy and exposure therapy

瑟琳在催眠療法和暴露療法的幫助下控制強迫癥。

Now she believes 'anything is possible' and finds writing music therapeutic.

現(xiàn)在她相信“一切皆有可能”，并發(fā)現(xiàn)寫歌有治療的效果。

And she also credits her husband Ioan's caring attitude towards helping her.

她還認(rèn)為丈夫伊安充滿關(guān)愛的態(tài)度幫助了她。

She told the ITV presenters: 'Ioan is very good in a sense that he doesn’t enable my OCD.

瑟琳對ITV主持人稱：“伊安不會讓我的強迫癥發(fā)作，他在這方面做的很好。”

'He is very respectful he always asks if he can sit there or do that.

“他很尊重我，總是問我那里可以坐下嗎，可以那么做嗎?”

With the support of her husband, she has revealed she is hoping to move into a new home with him and take control of her life.

在丈夫的支持下，瑟琳表示她正打算和他一起搬入新家，并掌控自己的生活。
