90后青年的愛國(guó)之聲

“We love the country we the Chi-phenomena,” raps CD REV, a music group founded last year by four post-1990s Chinese youth. “The red dragon ain’t no evil but a peaceful place.” These are lyrics from the group’s English-language music video This Is China (《聽好了，這才是中國(guó)!》), which has received widespread attention both at home and abroad.

“我們是‘中國(guó)現(xiàn)象’，我們愛著這個(gè)國(guó)家，”由4位中國(guó)90后所組成的“天府事變”樂隊(duì)用Rap唱道。“紅色巨龍絕不邪惡，而是一個(gè)和平的地方。”樂隊(duì)的英文MV《聽好了，這才是中國(guó)!》中的歌詞這樣寫到，這首歌引發(fā)了國(guó)內(nèi)外的廣泛關(guān)注。

“There are many misunderstandings about China in the Western world. We want to offer people an objective image of China through our music,” says Wang Zixin, 22, one of the group’s rappers, who graduated from Sichuan University of Media and Communications last year.

“西方世界還有很多對(duì)于中國(guó)的偏見。我們想要通過我們的音樂，給人們傳遞一個(gè)客觀的中國(guó)形象，”去年畢業(yè)于四川傳媒學(xué)院、現(xiàn)年22歲的樂隊(duì)成員王梓鑫說道。

In the song, Wang and his group mates not only acknowledge China’s accomplishments like advanced mobile payment technology and cutting-edge space programs, but also noted serious problems brought about by the country’s rapid development such as air pollution, food safety and political corruption.

在這首歌中，王梓鑫和他的樂隊(duì)成員們不光贊頌了中國(guó)先進(jìn)的移動(dòng)支付科技、前沿的航天項(xiàng)目以及在諸多方面取得的成就，也指出了中國(guó)在快速發(fā)展中出現(xiàn)的嚴(yán)峻問題，比如：空氣污染、食品安全、腐敗問題等。

“Both the good and bad sides we mentioned are all Chi-phenomena,” he explains.

“我們所提及的好的一面和壞的一面都是‘中國(guó)現(xiàn)象’”，他解釋道。

The group first released the song’s music video on weibo in June, with fans then going on to share it on foreign websites across the globe. This led to many Western news outlets, including the BBC and Time, running stories claiming the song to be nothing more than “*propaganda”.

今年6月，“天府事變”樂隊(duì)首次在微博上發(fā)布了這首歌。隨后，粉絲們?cè)谌蚋鞯氐耐鈬?guó)網(wǎng)站上分享了這一歌曲。包括BBC和《時(shí)代》周刊在內(nèi)的西方媒體對(duì)此事進(jìn)行了報(bào)道，稱這首歌不過是“宣傳工具”。

“Facts are facts and I believe those rational people overseas will make the right judgment,” said Li Yijie, another member of the group who is now a senior at Sichuan Normal University.

“事實(shí)就是事實(shí)，我相信海外的理性人士都能做出正確的判斷，”樂隊(duì)成員、來自四川師范大學(xué)的大四學(xué)生李毅杰說道。

Some have also referred to the group members as “little pinks”, a term used to describe young people using the internet to attack those who are thought to have *belittled China.

一些人將“天府事變”的樂隊(duì)成員稱為“小粉紅”，意為那些在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上激進(jìn)愛國(guó)的年輕人。

“We always ignore these words because we believe the meaning of *patriotism for today’s post-90s is quite different from past generations,” says Wang.

“我們平時(shí)不理睬這些言論，因?yàn)槲覀兿嘈?，如?0后一代人的愛國(guó)主義和過去幾代人完全不同，”王梓鑫說道。

He holds that *abiding by the law, cherishing everyday life and maintaining a positive attitude are all the true meanings of patriotism for today’s youth, saying that any negativity aimed toward others under the *banner of patriotism is *misguided, such as the case of Hou Jüsen last year. The teen from Shandong province picked an online quarrel with someone who *assaulted patriotism but was later taken into police *custody after the internet argument turned into a real-life fighting.

他認(rèn)為，遵紀(jì)守法、珍惜生活、常懷正能量是現(xiàn)在的年輕人心中愛國(guó)的真正含義。任何打著愛國(guó)主義的旗號(hào)來針對(duì)他人的負(fù)面行為都是一種誤導(dǎo)。以去年的侯聚森事件為例，這位來自山東的青年在網(wǎng)上和一名抨擊愛國(guó)主義的網(wǎng)友發(fā)生爭(zhēng)吵，但后來，這場(chǎng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)罵戰(zhàn)升級(jí)成了現(xiàn)實(shí)中的斗毆。最后警方介入，并對(duì)斗毆眾人處以拘留處罰。

However, the group doesn’t reject criticisms about its musical competency. “The views are reasonable and we will continue working hard to improve our music recording capability,” they said.

然而，“天府事變”樂隊(duì)并不拒絕音樂方面的批評(píng)。“這些評(píng)價(jià)都很合理，我們會(huì)繼續(xù)努力，改進(jìn)我們的音樂制作能力，”他們說道。

“Using music to express our love of life and country and providing positive energy to the post-90s will be the constant theme for us in the future,” added Wang.

王梓鑫同時(shí)也補(bǔ)充道，“用音樂表達(dá)我們對(duì)生活和祖國(guó)的熱愛、向90后傳遞正能量是我們未來不變的主題。”
