珍惜當(dāng)下 生活并非彩排!

Get a life. A real life, not a manic pursuit of the next promotion, the bigger paycheck, the larger house. Get a life in which you are not alone. Find people you love, and who love you.And remember that love is not leisure，it is work. Pick up the phone. Send an e-mail. Write a letter. Get a life in which you are generous.

活得瀟灑一點(diǎn)。過(guò)一種真實(shí)的生活，而不是無(wú)盡得追求一次又一次的提升，更豐厚的薪水，更大的房子。不要孤獨(dú)的生活。找到你愛(ài)的人和愛(ài)你的人。記住，愛(ài)不是閑呆著什么也不干，愛(ài)是工作。拿起電話，或發(fā)一封電子郵件，或?qū)懸环庑?。過(guò)一種慷慨付出的生活。

And realize that life is the best thing ever, and that you have no business taking it for granted. It is so easy to waste our lives, our days, our hours, our minutes. It is so easy to take for granted the color of our kid's eyes, the way the melody in symphony rises and falls and disappears and rises again... It is so easy to extist instead of to live.

要意識(shí)到生活是最美好的，你應(yīng)該對(duì)此倍加珍惜。浪費(fèi)生命實(shí)在是太容易了。把一天，一小時(shí)，一分鐘浪費(fèi)掉真的很容易。我們很容易把孩子的眼神視為當(dāng)然而不知珍惜：很容易把交響樂(lè)中旋律起伏的變化視為當(dāng)然而不知珍惜... 我們很容易將自身處于“生存”而非“生活”的狀態(tài)。

I learned to live many years ago. Something really, really bad happened to me ,something that changed my life in ways that, if I had my option, it would never have been changed at all.And what I learned from it is what, today, seems to be the hardest lesson of all.

我學(xué)會(huì)生活是很多年以前的事了。當(dāng)時(shí)一件非常非常糟糕的事情發(fā)生了，它改變了我原有的生活，要是當(dāng)時(shí)我可以選擇的話，這個(gè)巨大的改變絕不會(huì)發(fā)生。而如今看來(lái)，從中我學(xué)到的是我一生中最艱難的一課。

I learned to love the journey, not the destination. I learned that it is not a dress rehearsal, and that today is the only guarantee you get.

我學(xué)會(huì)了享受過(guò)程，而非結(jié)果。我領(lǐng)悟到了人生不是一次彩排，你能夠把握的只有當(dāng)下。

I learned to look at all the good in the world and try to give some of it back because I believed in it, completely and utterly. And I tried to do that, in part , by telling others what I had learned.

我學(xué)會(huì)了去看世界上一切美好和善良的事物，并努力將我看到的美好中的一部分再奉獻(xiàn)出來(lái)，因?yàn)槲液V信美好和善良的信念。而我如何回饋呢?方法之一就是將我所感悟到的告訴他人。

By telling them this: Consider the lilies of the field. Look at the fuzz on a baby's ear. Read in the backyard with the sun on your face. Learn to be happy.

我會(huì)告訴人們：看看田野間的百合。仔細(xì)觀察嬰兒耳朵上的絨毛，在后院里讀書(shū)，讓太陽(yáng)照耀在你的臉上。學(xué)會(huì)讓自己快樂(lè)吧。

And think of life as a terminal illness, because if you do, you will live it with joy and passion as it ought to be lived.

把有生之年看作某種不治之癥的晚期，這樣，你就會(huì)帶著喜悅和激情享受這本該充滿樂(lè)趣的生活!
