每天早上都該告訴自己的8件事

“Good Morning!” It is said everyday, yet do you feel it? Do you feel good every morning? Well it should and here are a few absolute ‘musts’ to tell yourself every day, first thing in the morning, for a better, happier, more successful day, every day.

“早上好!”是每天都在說(shuō)的話，但你是什么感覺(jué)呢?你真的覺(jué)得每天早上都很好?為了更好、更快樂(lè)、更成功的每一天是應(yīng)該這樣，下面列舉了一些每天應(yīng)該對(duì)自己的說(shuō)的。

1. Today is a new day

1.今天又是全新的一天

So yesterday was a bad day and maybe so was the previous',event)">previous week however today is a new day. It’s yet another day to make progress and change whatever I want to change and be whoever I want to be. The bad won’t last, the good won’t either, so I must do my best today.

昨天并不太好，也許上周也不好，但是今天是全新的一天。是一個(gè)取得進(jìn)步的新一天，可以改變我們想要改變的、做那個(gè)我們想成為的人的新一天。好不會(huì)一直好，壞也不會(huì)一直壞，所以今天一定要做到最好。

2. I am the best version of me

2.今天的我就是最好的我

We’re all flawed; either we think so, or someone else thinks so. Bottom line is, no one is ever perfect. But I must bear in mind that among all these imperfections, I am the best version of me. I am unique, I am priceless and nothing can change that.

我們都有缺點(diǎn)。我們是這樣認(rèn)為的，別人也是。所以人無(wú)完人。但是我一直記住的是正因?yàn)橛辛诉@些不完美，我才是最好的我。我是獨(dú)一無(wú)二的，我是無(wú)價(jià)的，沒(méi)什么能改變這一點(diǎn)。

3. 人人都有秘密

We all have secrets, some good, some not so good. My secrets are mine alone and having secrets isn’t bad and the same goes for everyone I know.

我們都有一些或好或不好的秘密。秘密是屬于自己一個(gè)人的，有秘密并不一定就是件壞事，我知道每個(gè)人都有自己的秘密。

Age is merely a number and the months merely a restriction. I can achieve',event)">achieve all my dreams, no matter how bizarre or unrealistic they seem to others.

年齡只是一個(gè)數(shù)字，月份也只代表著期限。不管有多少阻礙，不管在別人看來(lái)多么不現(xiàn)實(shí)我肯定能實(shí)現(xiàn)我所有的夢(mèng)想。

5. Failures are okay

5. 失敗也是好的

Failures are okay. Everyone fails, the important part is to get up and start over. My failures are okay. I will get up, I will start over and I will finish successfully.

失敗也好。每一次失敗后最重要的是能成長(zhǎng)、然后重新開(kāi)始。失敗也很好。我會(huì)成長(zhǎng)、還能重新開(kāi)始，最后會(huì)大獲全勝。

6. Life goes on

6. 生活還會(huì)繼續(xù)

No matter good or bad things happen, life moves on. Nothing lasts forever so even though things might be amazing or awful, life goes on and I must move on. I have to improve, become better, become who I want to be, overcome failure .

不管發(fā)生什么事情，生活都還是會(huì)繼續(xù)。不管情況有多好，沒(méi)什么能持續(xù)到永遠(yuǎn)，生活還會(huì)繼續(xù)，我們也會(huì)向前看。我得有進(jìn)步，要變得更好，能夠成為那個(gè)我想成為的人，戰(zhàn)勝失敗。

7.I deserve the best

7.我值得擁有最好的

Where I come from or who I am, doesn’t automatically dictate',event)">dictate what I ‘deserve’. I deserve the best of everything I get.

從哪里來(lái)，我是誰(shuí)都沒(méi)有自動(dòng)的表明我就該擁有什么。我值得擁有我獲得的最好的東西。

8. No one except me can control my happiness

8.除了我沒(méi)人能掌控我的快樂(lè)

Nothing controls my happiness. Some things or people might facilitate it but they can’t control it. My happiness is in my hands only .

沒(méi)什么能控制我的歡樂(lè)。有些人或是有些人會(huì)讓我們變得快樂(lè)，但他們都不能主導(dǎo)我的快樂(lè)。幸福掌握在我自己的手中。
