B: How about you? What have you been up to all these years?

B：那你呢？這些年來(lái)你在忙些什么？

A: Well, I studied film and got my degree in cinematography, but film making isn't all it's cracked up to be, I could enter a living from the films I was making.

A：嗯，我學(xué)的是電影，拿到了電影攝影學(xué)位，但電影制作并不像人們說(shuō)的那么簡(jiǎn)單，我很難通過(guò)拍電影謀生。

B: That sounds tough!

B：聽(tīng)起來(lái)很難！

A: Tell me about it! I had to work all kinds of jobs for a while just to make ends meet. I painted people's houses, and I did some lawn maintenance. Then I work as a photographer for a few years. I have been working on a film lately, but I don't know if it's going to be successful.

A：可不是嗎！有一段時(shí)間，我不得不做各種各樣的工作才能維持生計(jì)。我給別人刷過(guò)房子，還做過(guò)草坪維護(hù)工作。然后我做了幾年攝影師。我最近在拍一部電影，但不知道是否會(huì)成功。
