　這兩種結(jié)構(gòu)不同。后跟in 短語時(shí)，表示的是地點(diǎn)范圍；后跟of短語 時(shí)，表示的是數(shù)量范圍。

She is the best student in Class One . 她是1班最好的學(xué)生。（在“1班”這個(gè)范圍內(nèi) ）

She is the best student of the five . 她是5個(gè)當(dāng)中最好的學(xué)生。（在“5個(gè)”數(shù)量之中 ）
