1　rich 是形容詞，意為“有錢的，富裕的”，指金錢或物質(zhì)方面，反義詞是poor 。

He is a very rich man. 他是個很富有的人。

The country is rich in oil. 這個國家石油資源豐富。

2　the rich 用作名詞，意為“富人，有錢人”，反義詞是the poor （窮人）。the rich 和the poor 作主語時，謂語動詞用復(fù)數(shù)。
