1．乘客在柜臺處購買火車票時，要具體詢問乘客對車票的要求，例如車次、張數(shù)、座位等。

Which day do you prefer? 您打算坐哪一天的火車？

What train will you take? 你要坐哪一班火車？

What kind of ticket do you prefer, hard seat, soft seat, hard berth or soft berth? 您想要哪種票？硬座、軟座、硬臥還是軟臥？

There are upper berth, middle berth and lower berth. Which one do you like? 臥鋪有上鋪、中鋪和下鋪，您想要哪種？

How many tickets would you like? 您要買幾張票？

為確保信息的準(zhǔn)確無誤，在訂購前要再次確認(rèn)所有細(xì)節(jié)。如：

Please confirm the information. You want to buy a ticket for the upper berth of soft sleeper of the train T222, which will leave for Beijing on March 20th. Is it right? 請確認(rèn)一下信息，您要買的是3月20日前往北京的T222次列車的軟臥上鋪，對嗎？

2．在乘客上車前，工作人員一定要對其車票進(jìn)行詳細(xì)檢查，以免出現(xiàn)乘錯車等情況發(fā)生。如：

Excuse me, please show your ticket. 您好，請出示您的車票。

3．火車的到站、晚點或其他情況都要告知乘客。在車上也要提醒乘客保管好自己的隨身物品，以免丟失。如：

The train is now 10 minutes late. 列車現(xiàn)在晚點10分鐘。

Our next stop will be Beijing Railway Station. Please be prepared to get off. 下一站將要到達(dá)北京車站，請您提前做好下車的準(zhǔn)備。

The destination will be reached in about two minutes. 還有大約2分鐘到達(dá)終點站。

Please take care of your precious belongings. 請大家注意保管自己的貴重物品。
