服務(wù)英語·巴士 知識(shí)加油站

公交車售票員的工作屬于窗口性質(zhì)的工作，在一定程度上代表著一個(gè)城市的文明形象。所以，售票員掌握一些基本的工作禮儀還是必要的。

1．如果公交車沒有自動(dòng)報(bào)站系統(tǒng)，售票員就要主動(dòng)報(bào)站，以方便乘客的上下車。如：

The next stop is Window of the World. Please get ready to get off. 下一站是世界之窗。請準(zhǔn)備下車。

We've arrived at the Shanghai Hotel. 上海賓館站到了。

Please remember to take all your luggage/your belongings with you. 請帶齊您的行李準(zhǔn)備下車。

We're now at People's Square, you may transfer to the bus No.2 or bus No.8. 人民廣場到了，您可換乘2路車或8路車

2．在車上應(yīng)主動(dòng)提醒乘客注意安全，包括人身安全、財(cái)產(chǎn)安全等。如：

Please keep your hand inside the bus. 請不要把手伸到窗外。

Don't stand at the door. 不要在車門處停留。

The bus is crowed, please take care of your belongings. 車上人多，請保管好您的行李物品。

除此之外，在車輛轉(zhuǎn)彎的時(shí)候，售票員要及時(shí)提醒乘客抓好、扶好。如：

The bus is turning, please hold the rings. 車輛轉(zhuǎn)彎，請抓好扶手。

Please hold fast and sit securely. 請坐穩(wěn)扶好。

3．當(dāng)有乘客發(fā)生爭執(zhí)、爭吵的時(shí)候，應(yīng)該及時(shí)有效地勸解。如：

All of us are away from home. So please be patient and tolerant. 大家出門在外，請相互體諒。

Respecting the old and cherishing the young are traditional Chinese virtues. Therefore as young people, you should give your seat to the old. 尊老愛幼是中華民族的傳統(tǒng)美德，因此年輕人應(yīng)該給老人讓座位。

Please don't argue any more. Harmony is the first priority of social life. 請不要再爭吵了，大家以和為貴嘛。

4．當(dāng)車晚點(diǎn)而造成乘客投訴的時(shí)候，售票員必須認(rèn)真聽取，耐心、客觀地解釋，不可以不耐煩、不理不睬或一味推卸責(zé)任。如：

I am sorry for that the bus may be a little late because of the climate. I am asking for your pardon. 很抱歉，由于天氣原因汽車可能會(huì)有些晚點(diǎn)，請?jiān)彙?/p>

There is a traffic accident on the way. That's why the bus is late. I feel very sorry. 路上發(fā)生了交通事故，所以才造成了晚點(diǎn)，非常抱歉。

5．當(dāng)有乘客詢問換乘車路線的時(shí)候，在知道的情況下，應(yīng)該盡可能詳細(xì)、明確地告訴。如：

（1）請問如何前往……：Excuse me, How do I get to the...?

How do I get to the airport? 請問如何前往機(jī)場？

How do I get to the subway station? 請問如何前往地鐵站？

How do I get to the train station? 請問如何前往火車站？

（2）請問附近有沒有……：Excuse me, Is there... near by?

Is there a bank near by? 請問附近有沒有銀行？

回答時(shí)可用：

You can take No. 52 Tramcar to get to the train station. 你也可以乘坐52路電車去火車站。

I will call you when the bus arrives at the stop where you should get off. 在公交車到你該下的那一站時(shí)我會(huì)叫你的。

You should transfer to the bus No.85 at the stop of Xinjiekou. 你要在新街口站換乘85路車。

You can change to the bus No.2 at the next stop. 你可以在下一站換乘2路公交車。
