1 - Make other people feel like experts.

2 - Deliberately over apologize.

This is an important skill to learn as it usually removes any hard feelings very quickly. This is not easy to do if you have a big ego, however.

Wow, you’re glowing with joy. Very useful to use after a positive event, such as a wedding. Be careful though, don’t mention weight.

哇哦，你真是容光煥發(fā)啊。比如說在朋友的婚禮上，這句話非常有用。溫馨提示，不要說他人的體重哦。

5 - Look at everyone while talking.

盡量與每一位聽眾都有目光交流

Distribute your eye contact evenly. If someone appears to lose focus on interest, ask them a question.

盡可能地讓你的目光與每一位聽眾都有交流，如果覺得有人注意力不集中，你可以問他們一個(gè)問題來找回注意力。

6 - Be straightforward with people

Don't beat around the bush.

7 - Know how to accept compliments.

Many people try to be modest. There's nothing wrong with reacting by saying ‘thanks, hearing that feels really good’.

8 - Be a good listener.

作一名好的傾聽者

Listening isn't just hearing, it's about asking questions that help you understand the other person.傾聽不僅僅是聽，還要理解，知道他人在講什么。
