（1）從與名詞的搭配來看，some和any均可以與不可數(shù)名詞和可數(shù)名詞復(fù)數(shù)連用，表示“一些”。但some一般用在肯定句中；而any一般用在疑問句和否定句中
例句
a. I need some medicine to cure my cough.
b. Can you give me any advice?
c. I want to buy some computer books.
d. I don’t have any friends here.
（2）some的特殊用法
1）當(dāng)你期待一個(gè)正面回答或要鼓勵(lì)對方說“是”時(shí)，在疑問句中也要用some。例如：
a. Would you like to give me some advice?
b. Can I have some more wine?
2）some與數(shù)詞連用時(shí)，表示“大約”，此時(shí)所表示的數(shù)量往往給人以深刻的印象。例如：
a. Some 1,500 passengers and crew died aboard the Titanic when it sank on April 14, 1912 after hitting an iceberg. It lies at a depth of some 4,000 meters, some 640 kilometers south of Newfoundland, Canada.
泰坦尼克號(hào)于1912年月14日撞上冰山后沉沒，船上約有1,500名乘客和船員喪生。泰坦尼克號(hào)沉沒于距加拿大紐芬蘭以南約640公里處大約4,000米的深海里。

3）some可與單數(shù)可數(shù)名詞連用，這時(shí)some表示不確定的“某一個(gè)”“未知的”人或物。往往帶有缺乏興趣或蔑視的意味。例如：
a. A mirage is an atmospheric optical illusion of some object.
海市蜃樓是某個(gè)物體的奇特的光學(xué)幻影而已。
b. Some person at the gate is asking to see you.
門口有個(gè)人要見你。
c. —Two buttons have been off my new jacket.
