第一、我們可以說take heart。我們來看2個例句: You also need to know that it took me quite a long time to take heart of grace to act it out. 你也要知道，我是花了很長時間才鼓起勇氣決定把這個劇演出來的。Take heart, frustrated student, class is in session! 振作，你這個沮喪學(xué)生，上課還沒有結(jié)束!

注解1：Take heart of grace是“鼓起勇氣”的意思。例如：You should take heart of grace to make an apologize to him deeply. 你應(yīng)該鼓起勇氣向他致以深深的道歉。

注解2: Act......out意思是把…表演出來;把…付諸行動。例如：They will act out some folk dances. 他們將表演一些民間舞蹈。Now read and act out the dialogue. 現(xiàn)在來閱讀和表演下面的對話。They are determined to act out their ideal.她們決心把自己的理想變成行動。

注解3：In session的意思是在開庭;在開會;在上課。例如：The court was not in session yesterday. 法庭昨天未開庭。Is your school in recess or not in session now? 你們那邊現(xiàn)在是放假還是要上課?。When the House of Commons is in session, it is a crowded and exciting place. 當(dāng)下議院開會時，這地方就變成擁擠而又熱鬧的場所。

第二、我們可以說gather oneself together。我們來看一個例子: Working out relieves stress and gather ourselves up. 體育鍛煉可以減輕壓力振作精神。He did his best to gather himself together and looked unconcerned. 他竭力振作精神，做出滿不在乎的模樣。

第三、我們可以說get up steam。例如：It was hard for us to get up steam to finish the work in one day. 要我們鼓足干勁，一天完成任務(wù)是很難的。I don't think I could get up steam to walk all the way ——let's take the car. 我想我無法打起精神走完全程——還是讓我們開車吧。He gets up steam with study and catch up with the rest of (the rest of 剩下的;其余的)his class. 他振作精神學(xué)習(xí)趕上了班上的其他同學(xué)。

注解1：All the way意思一路上;自始至終;一直;完全。例如：I'll back you up (back up 支持)all the way. 我完全支持你。Don't tell me how it ends I haven't read all the way through(read through 閱讀完，看完) yet. 先別告訴我書的結(jié)尾--我還沒看完呢。The two runners contested the race closely it was nip and tuck all the way. 那兩個賽跑選手競爭激烈--在賽程中一直不相上下。

注解2： Take a car意思是開車。例如：You'd better take a car because you are old. 你已經(jīng)老了，最好坐汽車去。

注解3：Get up steam with sth意思是振作精神，鼓起有勇氣做某事。我們來看這個句子——Get up steam with your homework even though it is difficult. 打起精神去做個功課，雖然功課是難點而。 短句——Letting off steam with friends. 它的意思是叫某個人去給某個人“打打氣”“鼓鼓勁”。

注解4：Catch up with的意思是趕上。例如：She walked too slowly to catch up with us. 她走得太慢，跟不上我們。除了“趕上”的意思，它還有“對......有不好的影響”的意思。例如：Old age and infirmity [in?f?:miti] had begun to catch up with him. 他開始顯出年老體衰的樣子了。
