This morning, I am going to talk about a sentence pattern with you. It is : My suggestion is that somebody ( or something ) should do. 這個(gè)句式表達(dá)的意思是：我的建議是......, 我建議.......。

Let's make a sentence to get a grasp of it. Look at this sentence: My suggestion is that we should take the 6:00 train. 我的建議是乘坐6點(diǎn)鐘的火車。這是一個(gè)含有表語從句的復(fù)合句。主句是：my suggestion is, 從句是：that we should take the 6:00 train。在這個(gè)表語從句中，that 是連詞，連接主句和從句，后面的句子使用了虛擬語氣，我們可見謂語結(jié)構(gòu)是：should + take (動(dòng)詞原形) , 其中should 是可以省略的。省略后即是這個(gè)句子：My suggestion is that we take the 6:00 train. 由上可見，含有一個(gè)表語從句的復(fù)合句中的主句中的主語含有suggestion這個(gè)名詞時(shí)，表語從句要使用虛擬語氣。此外，這個(gè)句子中的一個(gè)短語我們要掌握：take the + 時(shí)間 + train 乘坐幾點(diǎn)鐘的火車【主題拓展】
