1. Break a leg! * 祝演出成功；祝好運(yùn)
解 俚語；詞義溯源：行屈膝禮；Good luck的俚語表達(dá)方式，主要用于祝福即將登臺的演員演出成功，可以聯(lián)想一下，當(dāng)演出圓滿結(jié)束時，觀眾對演員報以熱烈的掌聲，演員行屈膝禮謝幕
例 Before I left the house last night, my brother, Song Yi, told me to “break a leg” at the auditions. I was surprised. I really thought he had no interest in how well I did in ballet. His rare encouragement really lifted my confidence.

例 I'll never forget the night the President was killed. I was watching a TV program when an announcer broke in and relayed the shocking news. I sat there for hours watching the story unfold.
