Michael Landon once said, somebody should tell us, right at the start of our lives, that we are dying. Then we might live life to the limit, every minute of every day.

 

Michael Landon曾經(jīng)說過，在我們剛出生的時候，就應(yīng)該有人來告訴我們，我們正在走向生命的終點。那樣的話，我們就會懂得要活出極致，珍惜每一天的每一分鐘。

 

Do it! I say. Whatever you want to do, do it now! There are only so many tomorrows.

我說，行動吧！無論你想做什么，現(xiàn)在就去做！明日復(fù)明日，明日何其多！

 

Isn't it amazing? We all know we are dying. We all know there is a chance. There won't be a tomorrow. Yet none of us really live like we know that.

我們都知道，我們在走向生命的終點，我們都知道明天不一定會到來。然而，從我們的所作所為來看，貌似我們并沒有意識到這些道理。這很令人驚訝，對吧？

 

Too few of us really appreciate each moment like we know that we are here for a short time only.

明白我們的人生很短并且能夠珍惜每一刻的人，太少了。

 

Too few of us live a life we want to live, a life we are proud to live.

能夠活出自己想要的樣子，并為此感到自豪的人，太少了。

 

Too few of us live with PURPOSE, and MEANING.

有目標地活著，讓人生充滿意義的人，太少了。

 

Thich Nhat Hanh said, people say walking on water is a miracle, but to me, walking peacefully on earth is the real miracle.

Thich Nat Hanh說過，人們說，在水面行走是一個奇跡，但我認為，能夠在這片土地上平靜地行走，才是真正的奇跡。

 

Too few of us are walking around this earth, frantic, stress-filled, and meaning-less.

有太多的人步履匆匆，舉止瘋狂，壓力巨大，活得沒有意義。

 

We should open our eyes and REALIZE we're not here for long, and we are all ONE.

我們應(yīng)該睜大眼睛，真正意識到，人生很短，我們所有人其實是一個整體。

 

We should practice the PEACE we want to see.

我們應(yīng)該努力練習，讓自己獲得內(nèi)心渴望的平靜。

 

Show the LOVE we want to FEEL and BE the person we want to BE.

如果我們想感受愛，我們就要付出愛。如果我們想成為什么樣的人，我們就要以這樣的人的標準要求自己。

 

Wayne Dyer said, loving people live in a loving world. Hostile people live in a hostile world. Same world.

Wayne Dyer說過，內(nèi)心充滿愛意的人，他們生活的世界也是充滿愛意的。內(nèi)心充滿仇恨的人，他們生活的世界也是充滿仇恨的。然而，這兩個世界，是同一個世界。

 

It's a choice. It's a decision. We are living in the same world and some are living in a loving way and some in a hostile way.

這是一個選擇，這是一個決定。我們活在同一個世界上，有的人內(nèi)心充滿愛意，有的人心中滿是仇恨。

 

We're not here for a long time, let's make it a joy-filled time.

人生很短，讓我們把人生變得快樂吧。

 

You want more time to yourself? Good. Spend more time by yourself.

你想讓自己擁有更多的時間？好，那就多花時間獨處。

 

If it is important to you, it's important to your world.

如果這對你很重要，那么它對你的世界就很重要。

 

It will make you better, and that will make those around you better too.

它會讓你變得更好，這也會讓你周圍的人變得更好。

 

We should remind ourselves that we are all dying.

我們應(yīng)該提醒自己，我們正在走向生命的終點。

 

Never should we carry the burden of hate, of regret, or disappointment.

永遠不要讓仇恨、懊悔、沮喪成為我們的負擔。

 

We ONLY have this moment and this is the only moment we can decide to free ourselves from the past and LIVE FULLY.

我們擁有的，只有現(xiàn)在。唯有在此時此刻，我們能做出選擇，對過去釋懷，活出最精彩的樣子。

 

NOW is the only moment.

此時此刻，就是唯一的時刻。
