Discipline, the root of all good qualities, the driver of daily execution. Discipline defeats the infinite excuses that say not today not now I need a rest, I'll do it tomorrow. There is only one way. The way of discipline.

 

自律是所有優(yōu)秀品質(zhì)的根基，是每日奮斗的原動力。自律打敗了那些數(shù)不清的借口，比如說什么今天我真的很累了，我需要歇一會，明天再努力吧。成功的路，只有一條：那就是自律。

 

There's power and consistency. There is power and doing something over and over and over and over again. There's power and practice. And your problem is you're on beast mode, Monday, Wednesday, Friday. You keep starting in stopping and stopping. I challenge you. I challenge you to make up the gap. I challenge you to go from average. I challenge you to go from good. I challenge you to go from great. And I challenge you to be phenomenal. I challenge you to live in beast mode, because beast mode makes more money than average does.

自律會為讓你充滿力量、堅持不懈。你會獲得滿滿的力量，一遍又一遍地做一件事。帶著這個力量，每天都努力實踐。你的問題在于，你的努力總是三天打魚、兩天曬網(wǎng)，你總是剛剛開始就停下來了，止步不前。我就要考驗?zāi)恪Ｎ乙简災(zāi)?，看你到底能不能填補這個差距，看你到底能不能擺脫平庸，看你到底能不能追求卓越，看你能不能永無止境地奮斗，看你能不能創(chuàng)造奇跡，看你能不能一直像野獸一樣保持斗志，因為這才能讓你獲得成功，平庸不會給你帶來這些。

 

When you are a true hunter, you don't go by time. You go by the gazelle. You don't hunt from 8 to 3. Why? Because the gazelle may not be open from 8 to 3. You hunt until you get the gazelle and you don't stop until you get one. And then you get another, and then you get another, and you get another. We live in a world that we want to be as comfortable as we can. Our whole life is set up in the path of least resistance. We don't want to suffer. We don't want to feel discomfort.

如果你成為了一個真正的捕獵者，那么你不會跟著時間的節(jié)奏走，你會追隨你的獵物。狩獵這事可不像準(zhǔn)點上下班那么簡單，對吧？因為你的獵物，比如說羚羊，它們可不會準(zhǔn)時出來等著你。你窮追不舍，直到你抓到獵物為止。接著，你還會繼續(xù)追趕下一個獵物，一個又一個。我們活在一個人人都想過得安逸的世界里，我們的生活中幾乎沒有挫折。我們不想跳出舒適區(qū)，我們不想讓自己太累。

 

We need to embrace the fact that it's not hard to avoid it, that other people can be casual if they want to. But they will know something about you by the way you come in. Most people aren't walking like this. Most people are just dragging along. Seeing life, you're either in the way or on the way. You don't want to be casual like that. The people who realize that it's you. That you're going to determine this. You're going to determine the outcome of your life. You're going to determine whether your life is exciting or whether or not it's boring. You determine that.

我們必須承認(rèn)一個事實，那就是，要避免挫折并不難，如果人們想避免，隨隨便便就可以做到。但是，當(dāng)他們見到你的時候，你身上某種特殊的氣質(zhì)會讓他們覺得你與眾不同。人生路上，大多數(shù)人都是拖拖拉拉地走著，漫不經(jīng)心。而人生是這樣的，你要么停住不動，要么往前走。你不能這樣吊兒郎當(dāng)?shù)?。人們會知道你和普通人不一樣。你能把握自己的生活，你的人生你做主。你的人生是充滿驚喜的還是乏味無聊的，這將取決于你。沒錯，取決于你。

 

And those people who know that, they move with a sense of urgency. They move with purpose and direction. They work and they manage their time effectively. You know that whatever you've done, it's only a tip of the iceberg of what's possible for you. And you're excited trying to find out what else I got in here. I like what I'm seeing here. Let me work on this some more. You've got to fortify yourself with contentment. You've got to step into it. Take a stand. It takes courage to live. You're gonna be faced with a series of opposition.

意識到這一點的人們，他們會帶著緊迫感前進。他們有追求，目標(biāo)堅定。他們努力工作，并高效地管理自己的時間。你知道吧，無論你做到了什么，這都只是你能力的冰山一角。當(dāng)你不斷地探索自己的潛能時，你會感到非常興奮。我喜歡當(dāng)前的狀態(tài)。我要更加努力。你要對自己越來越滿意。你要投入奮斗的努力中去。表明自己的立場，站穩(wěn)腳跟?；钪鴷r需要勇氣的。你會面臨很多反對的聲音。

 

All kind of obstacles in your path. Yes. All kind of hurdles. You're gonna have to overcome. But as you do that, the harder the battle the sweeter the victory. As you do that, as you go through that, when you come through, when you come through that valley, when you come through that fight, there will be a look in your eyes and everybody will know this is a different person here. It's hard to handle it. You gotta find something within, and when you find out what your WHY is, you don't sleep day or night to get it, because every second every second spent not doing so, it's time wasted. When you find your WHY, you will find a way to make it happen.

在你前進的道路上所有的阻礙，沒錯，所有的阻礙，你都會克服。但請你記住，奮斗的過程越艱苦，勝利的果實就越甜蜜。當(dāng)你努力奮斗，熬過了困難的時期，經(jīng)歷了很多坎坷，從低谷中爬起來，在競爭中凱旋而歸，人們就會知道，士別三日，當(dāng)刮目相待。要做到這些并不容易。你要找到內(nèi)心的動力，你要找到你內(nèi)心的追求。無論白天還是黑夜，你都不會貪圖安逸，因為每一個沒有努力的時刻，都是在浪費時間。當(dāng)你找到內(nèi)心的追求，你就會努力讓夢想成真。

 

When there's a will, there's a way. When you truly need something, you can find the way and you stop at nothing to reach it. I know what you're feeling. But you got to work through it. You're gonna get up. You're gonna get dressed. You're gonna do what you've been called to do. You won't be what you called it. And you're gonna prove to everybody that tried to break you. You're gonna prove to everybody that is trying to stop you, to everybody that tried to kill your dream. You will prove them all wrong.

有志者，事竟成。當(dāng)你真的很需要某個東西時，你就會找到辦法，而且什么都不能阻止你去追求它。我明白你的感受，但你真的必須熬過去。你要站起來，你要重振旗鼓。你要完成自己的使命。你不再是從前的你。你要向所有想要打敗你的人、所有阻攔你的人、所有妄圖扼殺你的夢想的人證明，他們錯了。
