你不能買時(shí)間，你也不能讓時(shí)間變長，你更不能要求擁有更多時(shí)間，你只能任時(shí)間流逝。一旦我們失去了時(shí)間，我們就不知道自己還剩多少時(shí)間。
Our lifespan is a mystery. Being human is a double-edged sword, because although we have so much time compared to other species, we give ourselves too much time to accomplish what needs to be done. The idea of having so much more time to accomplish things makes us waste time.
我們的壽命是一個迷，身為人類，這是有利有弊的，雖然我們比其他物種擁有更多時(shí)間，但我們也浪費(fèi)了太多時(shí)間。我們知道自己擁有更多時(shí)間來做事，所以我們對時(shí)間不夠珍惜。
We abuse it. It feeds our lack of action. It makes us too comfortable. Now we all aim to succeed, to prosper, to become a diamond in a world of rocks, but there's no evolutionary pressure to help us, and that's where the mind shift needs to take place. You need to create a pressure for yourself to become that diamond and the way that you do that is by understanding the value of time.
我們?yōu)E用時(shí)間，這讓我們失去行動力，讓我們過于安逸。今天，每個人都想成功，都想飛黃騰達(dá)，都想成為人中龍鳳，但是卻沒有催人奮進(jìn)的壓力來幫我們成長，正是因?yàn)槿绱?，我們需要改變心態(tài)。你需要為自己創(chuàng)造壓力，這樣你才能成為發(fā)光的金子，想要做到這一點(diǎn)，你就要明白時(shí)間的重要性。
Stop killing time, because eventually that turns around and time will kill you. You have the power to prevent time loss. You have the power to prevent wasted time. But you also have the power to kill time and many of us are doing just that. Before we make decisions, before we act, we need to think about how we're spending our time. We need to focus on what we want to accomplish, what makes the heart burn with passion, what wakes you up in the morning, what's your why.
不要消磨時(shí)間了，因?yàn)榈阶詈螅@會讓你付出代價(jià)。你能夠把握時(shí)間，你能夠阻止自己浪費(fèi)時(shí)間，但是你也能夠消磨時(shí)間，而很多人都是這樣。在我們做決定之前，在我們采取行動之前，我們需要思考一下，自己到底是如何使用時(shí)間的。我們需要專注于我們想做的事，讓自己心中充滿熱忱，充滿昂揚(yáng)的斗志，充滿探索的欲望。
Time is the most valuable resource we have. I can save my money for later. I can't do that with my time. I can invest in more money. I can't do that with time. I can share my money. I still can't do that with time. Stop damaging your lifespan. Sooner or later you're going to realize that the only thing you wish you had more of is time. But that's just what you threw away the most. You know what, I want to see the transformation of how we use our time. I want to see habit change, the appreciation of the time that you're given of your dream.
時(shí)間是我們擁有的最珍貴的資源。我可以存錢，但是我不能存時(shí)間。我可以投資更多的錢，但是我無法投入更多的時(shí)間。你遲早會意識到，時(shí)間是唯一一種你覺得不夠用的東西。但是，它也是你浪費(fèi)得最多的東西。告訴你，我看到我們轉(zhuǎn)變時(shí)間觀念，我想看到我們改變自己的習(xí)慣，我想看到我們學(xué)會去珍惜追逐夢想的時(shí)間。
I want you to pause the next time you find yourself wasting time on things that damage you, and think about why you've been deciding to shrink your lifespan. You're actually killing yourself. And no, it's not a joke because you can't recycle the time you've wasted. So, use your time and make time work for you. Start living the life of your dreams because it's possible. Pressure builds diamonds so put up that fight. Don't give in to fear. Don't give in to anxiety.

Keep fighting. Keep moving forward. Keep believing. Your dream is yours. Don't let anybody else stop you. You've got 86,400 seconds. How you use them today is all that matters. And you've got to do it again and again and again to soon be living the life of your dreams. You will get there because it's your dream. And you've got to work today so tomorrow you can be one step closer. And I promise you, you will get there. I want you to gain the intelligence of spending time wisely, because while you're killing time, time is killing you.
