Number 7: Stop assuming what other people are thinking. We often worry about what others are thinking about us. Whether they are judging us for something we've said, or something we've done. But the truth is, everyone around us is dealing with their own problems, worries, and insecurities. So, stop caring and assuming what others are thinking about you! Chances are, they aren't paying as much attention to you as you may think.

第七，不要猜測別人在想什么。我們總是擔(dān)心別人對我們有什么看法，對于我們說的話、我們做的事，他們是不是有什么想法。但是，事實(shí)上，我們身邊的每個(gè)人都在對付他們自己的問題、憂慮、不安。所以，不要在意那么多了，不要猜測別人對你有什么看法了！很有可能，他們對你的關(guān)注，并沒有你想象中的那么多。

 

Number 8: Help others. One of the greatest joys of life is giving back to others and helping people you care about. Even helping strangers can create feelings of happiness and accomplishment. Most people on their deathbeds will regret not giving more to the people in their life. Don't be one of those people. Make more effort to give back and make a difference in other people's lives.

第八，幫助別人。最大的快樂之一，就是回報(bào)和幫助那些你在乎的人。就算是幫助陌生人，我們也會(huì)很快樂，獲得成就感。到了彌留之際，多數(shù)人會(huì)后悔當(dāng)初沒能付出得更多一些。請別做這樣的人，努力回報(bào)他人，讓他人的生活因你而不同。

 

Number 9: You will regret the things you didn't do. We end up regretting the things we didn't do far more than the things we did that were considered wrong. Whether it's a crush you didn't kiss, the trip you didn't take, or the project you kept putting off. If you get the chance to do something, just do it! Because you may never get the chance again.

Number 10: Don't take things and people for granted. People, things, and places we hold most dear to our hearts, we often take for granted because we have them so readily accessible in our lives. But it shouldn't take a traumatic event to start valuing their importance. Remind yourself frequently of the things you may be taking for granted each day, because you never know when you might lose them.

第十，不要把生命中的人和事視為理所當(dāng)然。我們總是以為，生命中的人，事，我們自己最珍惜的地方，都是理所應(yīng)當(dāng)存在的，因?yàn)樗鼈冇肋h(yuǎn)不會(huì)離開我們。但是，不要失去了，心痛了，才意識(shí)到，你應(yīng)該珍惜它們。要經(jīng)常提醒自己，要珍惜那些我們認(rèn)為是理所應(yīng)當(dāng)?shù)氖?，因?yàn)槟阌肋h(yuǎn)不知道自己什么時(shí)候會(huì)失去它們。

 

Number 11: Be present in the here and now. We spend so much time dwelling on the past, or planning for the future, that we forget to experience the present moment. But the past has gone and the future hasn't come yet. The present moment is all we have. So, stop and look around you! See what is happening right now, and be mindful of where you are in this moment. By doing this, you will start to appreciate all that you have in your life right now.

第十一，活在當(dāng)下。我們總是浪費(fèi)太多時(shí)間來懷念過去，或者規(guī)劃未來，但是卻忘了認(rèn)真體會(huì)當(dāng)下的每個(gè)瞬間。然而，過去已過去，未來還未來，我們擁有的就是當(dāng)下。所以，停下來，看看自己的周圍，看一下現(xiàn)在正在發(fā)生什么，留意自己現(xiàn)在的處境。這樣做，你就會(huì)開始珍惜自己現(xiàn)在擁有的全部。

 

Number 12: Appreciate everything in your life. One of the most important life lessons is appreciation. The more we appreciate the things in our life including people, experiences, lessons, and even our possessions, the more we'll be able to live in the present moment. So, be thankful for all that makes your life good, because gratitude and appreciation is the key to happiness.

第十二，對生命中的所有事物心懷感恩。最重要的人生道理之一，就是感恩。我們越是感激生命中的事，比如身邊的人，我們的經(jīng)歷，學(xué)過的課程，甚至是我們的財(cái)產(chǎn)，我們就越能夠?qū)Ｗ?dāng)下。所以，請感激所有讓你的生命更美好的東西，因?yàn)楦卸骱透屑な切腋５年P(guān)鍵所在。
