A group of researchers in America
have done a survey.
They asked a lot of people
what their greatest regret is.
美國(guó)的一群研究人員做了一項(xiàng)調(diào)查，
他們?cè)儐?wèn)了很多人，
問(wèn)這些人最大的遺憾是什么。

And according to the statistics they got,
75% of the people said
it's that they didn't work hard enough
when they were young
and as a result they had achieved nothing.
根據(jù)他們得到的數(shù)據(jù)，
75%的人都說(shuō)是年輕的時(shí)候不夠努力，
以至于現(xiàn)在一事無(wú)成。

Nowadays it seems popular for young people
to deliberately stay confused
and do nothing seriously.
如今，

Of course, trying does not only
belong to the young or children.
And it has nothing to do with time.
當(dāng)然，努力不是專屬于年輕人

even though you tried,
but that you give up
and tell yourself
it is precious to be just ordinary.
That's really sad.
人生中最可怕的不是碌碌無(wú)為，
而是你不努力還安慰自己平凡可貴。
這真的很悲哀。

Youth is the most precious thing you have.
And it's the most precious resource
at your hand.
青春是你手上最珍貴的東西，
也是你手上最珍貴的資源。

Stay busy when you are young.
Fight as much as you can.
Life is hard enough even if you try.
Let alone if you don't.
在年輕的時(shí)候，應(yīng)該忙起來(lái)，
你應(yīng)該盡可能地去奮斗，
生活對(duì)于那些努力的人來(lái)說(shuō)已經(jīng)很艱難了，
更不用說(shuō)那些不努力的。

This winter's name is Time.

凜冬正在向所有人襲來(lái)，
而且是無(wú)時(shí)不刻，
這個(gè)凜冬的名字叫時(shí)間。

who have prepared themselves.
