例1：
I think I am a person with a big vision.
我覺(jué)得我是一個(gè)有大局觀的人。

I have to admit that sometimes I do miss some small details.
我必須承認(rèn)有時(shí)候我確實(shí)會(huì)遺漏一些小細(xì)節(jié)。

But I think those small mistakes are correctable and there are always teammates who pay attention to details.
但是我認(rèn)為這些小錯(cuò)誤都是可以糾正的，而且總會(huì)有那種非常關(guān)注細(xì)節(jié)的隊(duì)友。

So these complementary traits will help our team to go further.
所以我們的優(yōu)勢(shì)互補(bǔ)會(huì)讓我們團(tuán)隊(duì)走得更遠(yuǎn)。

 

例2：

I think my management skills could be stronger since I have been working as a xxx specialist for the past two years, during which I didn't have much opportunity (experience) to manage a team.
我覺(jué)得我的管理能力還有待提高，因?yàn)槲疫^(guò)去兩年的工作都是作為xxx專(zhuān)員，在此期間，我并沒(méi)有太多機(jī)會(huì)管理公司。

But I have been trying to seize every opportunity as I can to improve it.
但是我一直盡自己所能把握每一個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)去提高它。
