　　Franklin Roosevelt was one of the most important leaders of twentieth century America and perhaps in the whole span of American history. 富蘭克林·羅斯福是美國二十世紀(jì)，或許是整個美國歷史上最重要的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人之一富蘭克林·羅斯福是美國二十世紀(jì)，或許是整個美國歷史上最重要的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人之一。

　　He significantly changed the role of the federal government in the American system,his ideas and prejudices helped to determine the shape of the post-World War II world, 他極大地改變了聯(lián)邦政府在美國制度中的作用，他的思想和偏見幫助確立了第二次世界大戰(zhàn)后世界的格局，

　　and he changed the nature and constituency of the Democratic Party.
