Sow with a generous hand;慷慨的手，辛勤播種，Pause not for toil and pain;胼手砥足，難得歇息，Weary not through the heat of summer,毫不計(jì)較，夏天炙熱，Weary not through the cold spring rain;早春淫雨，侵人肌骨。But wait till the autumn comes金秋時(shí)刻，終于來臨，F(xiàn)or the sheaves of golden grain.豐收莊稼，漫山遍谷。Scatter the seed, and fear not,播撒種子，恐懼不再，A table will be spread;一畦春苗，即將發(fā)芽，What matter if you are too weary汗滴禾下，盤中之餐，To eat your hard-earned bread;悲喜欣集，拜賜雙手，Sow, while the earth is broken,精耕細(xì)作，播種希望，F(xiàn)or the hungry must be fed.凡塵百姓，食大為天。Sow;—while the seeds are lying金色種子，播進(jìn)泥土，In the warm earth’s bosom deep,靜靜躺在，母親懷里，And your warm tears fall upon it—滾燙淚水，撲簌落下，

They will stir in their quiet sleep,驚蟄聲中，睡眠結(jié)束，And the green blades rise the quicker,綠色芽苗，破土而出，Perchance, for the tears you weep.爭相報(bào)答，農(nóng)夫辛苦。Then sow;—for the hours are fleeting,春光易逝，不誤農(nóng)時(shí)，And the seed must fall to-day;披星戴月，犁田耙土。And care not what hand shall reap it,前人栽樹，后人乘涼，Or if you shall have passed away贈(zèng)人玫瑰 手有余香。Before the waving cornfields麥浪翻滾，收獲稻谷，Shall gladden the sunny day.耕者慷慨，造福桑梓。Sow;—and look onward, upward,不停播種，仰望前行，Where the starry light appears,—繁星萬點(diǎn)，搖曳出現(xiàn)，Where, in spite of the coward’s doubting,凄風(fēng)冷雨，難以畏懼，Or your own heart’s trembling fears,豐滿自足，持奉信念。You shall reap in joy the harvest收獲幸福，在豐收里，You have sown to-day in tears.播撒種子，在眼淚里。
