While the long street was still dark and empty

Steam curled up from the soybean milk store

Sunset was slow in the past

從前的日色變得慢

Carriages, horses, and mails (mail) were all slow

車，馬，郵件都慢

A lifetime is only long enough to love one person

一生只夠愛一個人

The locks were beautiful in the past

從前的鎖也好看

And the keys were exquisite and fit

鑰匙精美有樣子

When something was locked, you knew what it meant
