I'm freezing cold from being soaked underground for so long. 在地下浸泡了這么長(zhǎng)時(shí)間 我全身冰冷

One thing about jungles is their abundance of life. 叢林的一個(gè)特點(diǎn)就是 生命旺盛

Rotting tree stumps make an ideal place to look for food. 腐爛的樹樁是尋找食物的絕佳場(chǎng)所

This is like a larvae larder in here. 這里就像個(gè)幼蟲儲(chǔ)藏室

I find all of these things here. There's another one. 這些全是在這找到的 又一個(gè)

See that?It's just feeding off all that decomposing,rotting wood. 看見了嗎 它以那些分解腐爛的 樹木為食

Ow! God, they really bite.Wait, there's one. look. 天吶 它們還真咬人 等等 這有一個(gè) 瞧

That's another good-sized one there.Getting a bit of a meal together. 這還有一個(gè) 大塊頭 又采集了一頓大餐

I'm not sure exactly what these are,but they look like beetle larvae. 我不清楚這些具體是什么 但它們看起來(lái)像甲蟲的幼蟲

But I know that's good to eat. 而且我知道那很美味

It hasn't got any of nature's big warning signs.It's not brightly colored. 沒(méi)有任何明顯的警告跡象 沒(méi)有鮮艷的色彩

It's not covered in little hairs.It's just been feeding off this rotting wood.And that's bug heaven. 表面沒(méi)有細(xì)膩的絨毛 它就是以這些腐木為食的 這里真是蟲子的天堂
