That I will, and plenty, too;
我愿意為你備好足夠食物,
All the crumbs I saved for you.
為你保存所有面包屑。
Don't be frightened — here's a treat:
不要害怕,是我請(qǐng)客,
I will wait and see you eat.
我會(huì)等你,看你享用。
Shocking tales I hear of you;
我聽說很多你的可怕傳言,
Chirp, and tell me, are they true?
喳喳喳,告訴我,這些是真的嗎?
Robbing all the summer long;
整個(gè)夏天都在搶奪,
Don't you think it very wrong?

Thomas says you steal his wheat;

John complains, his plums you eat

Choose the ripest for your share,

Never asking whose they are.

What you did so long ago:
很久以前你做過什么。
There's your breakfast, eat away;
