① spectator指觀看不需要注意聽的展覽、表演或娛樂活動(dòng)等的觀眾，如看體育比賽等。

② audience指參加音樂會(huì)、演講或觀看戲劇等的觀眾、聽眾。

The audience was enjoying every minute of the show. 觀眾自始至終欣賞這次演出。

③ observer指對(duì)事物、細(xì)節(jié)認(rèn)真觀察的人，如科學(xué)工作者、軍事或外交觀察員等。

④ looker-on/onlooker指抱有隨便的、不介入態(tài)度的旁觀者。
