539　persuade和convince

① persuade著重利用熱烈的敦促、辯論或勸告，動之以情而贏得某人依附某一信仰或參與某種行為，意為“說服”。

She wanted to buy the orange dress，but we persuaded her that the blue one was more becoming. 她打算買橙色衣服，但我們勸她買藍色的更適合些。

② convince著重于訴諸理智或利用某種證據(jù)，排除某人的反對或不相信，意為“使……相信，確信”。

I have convinced her that she needs a vacation，but can not persuade her to take one. 我已使她相信她確實需要休假，但不能說服她實際去度假。
