① of all用于形容詞或副詞最高級中，結(jié)構(gòu)為“……最高級（+名詞）+of all”，表示“所有的……中最”。

This is the best film of all. 這是所有電影中最好的。（相當(dāng)于of all the films）

Jim is the brightest student of all in the class. 吉姆是這個班所有學(xué)生中最聰明的。

He studies hardest of us all. 他是我們所有人中學(xué)習(xí)最努力的。

He is the greatest of all. 他是所有人當(dāng)中最偉大的。

② of the three，of the four，of the five用于形容詞或副詞最高級后，表示“3個中最……，4個中最……，5個中最……”。
