489　noise，sound和voice

① noise常具有貶義，表示令人心煩的、不和諧的“嘈雜聲，噪音，響聲”。noise可用作可數(shù)名詞，可以用a，some，any修飾，但不可用many修飾，不可說(shuō)many noises。noise也可用作不可數(shù)名詞，可以說(shuō)much noise。

Who is making such a big noise？誰(shuí)這么吵鬧？

I hate noise. 我討厭噪音。

Don't make any noise here. 在這里不要弄出聲響來(lái)。

Don't make so much noise. 不要大聲嚷嚷。

② sound泛指“聲音”，指一切可以聽到的聲音，多用作可數(shù)名詞。

I can hear the sound of the bells outside. 我能夠聽見外面的鈴聲。

She opened the door without making a sound. 她打開門，沒弄出一點(diǎn)聲響。

Sounds came from the flower garden. 聲音從花園里傳來(lái)。

③ voice表示“嗓音”，指人的說(shuō)話或唱歌的聲音，可以作可數(shù)名詞或不可數(shù)名詞。

She speaks in a low voice. 她說(shuō)話輕聲細(xì)語(yǔ)。

I heard a voice in the room. 我聽見房間里有說(shuō)話聲。

She has a very sweet voice. 她的聲音很甜美。

He spoke at the top of his voice. 他大聲說(shuō)話。
