① price（價格）作主語時，表示“貴”用high，表示“賤”用low。

The price of apples is high. 蘋果價格高。

② 表示具體物品的“貴”用expensive（高價的，價格昂貴的）或dear（貴的），指因某物一時脫銷而使價格上漲到超過公平合理的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，“賤”用cheap。
