① hand sth. to sb.表示“把某物遞給某人”。

Please hand the book to me. 請(qǐng)把那本書遞給我。

② hand sth. on to sb.表示“把某物轉(zhuǎn)手遞給某人”，也可說成hand on sth. to sb.。
