① enable是動詞，為及物動詞，意為“使……能夠，使……可能”，結構為：enable sb. to do sth.。

The money enables him to travel around the world. 這筆錢使他能夠周游世界。

He enabled the students to speak English fluently. 他使學生們能夠流利地說英語。

② unable是形容詞，意為“不能的，不會的”，結構為：be unable to do sth.。

He is unable to meet you today. 他今天不能見你。

She will be unable to come here next week. 她下周不能來這里。
