◎ do nothing but do這個句型表示“除了……不做別的”或“別無選擇，只能”。本結(jié)構(gòu)中的do前不可加to。

He did nothing but lie in bed watching TV. 他只是躺在床上看電視。

We could do nothing but wait and see. 我們別無他法，只能等著瞧。

Peter could do nothing but admit to his mother that he took the money. 彼得只得向母親承認(rèn)他拿了錢。
