A: It's when a vote can be made for you by a committee.

B: That sounds unfair!

A: I think if someone is unable to vote, no one should vote for them.

A: No, usually for members of a committee.

B: I still think it's unfair.

A: Me, too.

B: The rule should not exist.

A: Soon, they'll be applying it to us, too!

B: I hope that never happens.
