A: I just turned 16 yesterday.

B: 16 is a great age.

A: What's so great about being 16?

B: You can get a job!

A: I didn't know that.

B: You have to get a work permit though.

A: Thanks for telling me!

B: No problem. Tell me when you get a job.

A: Is it hard to get one?

B: Yes, employers don't like to hire people under 18.

A: That's going to change when they meet me.

B: Your confidence will surely get you a job!
