B: Oh, hello, yes, erm ... I've just lost my bank stuff.

A: I'm sorry, could you be a little more specific?

B: You know my bank stuff. My card, my book....
就是那些銀行的東西，我的卡、存折。
A: OK, I will have to take some details from you. Could you tell me your name please?

B: Jim Chan. The account's in my name. Is that all you need to know?
